Delivery and Return of Goods
DELIVERY
International delivery is carried out via DHL Express (5–7 business days). Delivery cost is calculated at checkout and is borne by the customer. For orders totaling over 1000 € — delivery is free.
IMPORTANT:
The client independently pays for possible taxes, duties, and other fees stipulated in the destination country.
If you have not received the parcel: In case of return of the shipment due to the parcel not being received, the cost of delivery there and back, as well as logistical processing costs, will be deducted from the refund amount.
PLEASE NOTE:
— All international orders are final sales and are not subject to return or exchange.
— After dispatch, the order cannot be canceled.
