Public Offer for the Conclusion of a Sale Contract
This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is an official proposal by Borzenets Diana, OSVČ (Identifikační číslo osoby: 21220697), registered at U Mlýnského kanálu 687/7, 186 00, Praha, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), to conclude a sale contract for goods through the website https://dilevriero.tilda.ws/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) on the terms set out below. The Offer is addressed to individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Offer governs the sale of women’s dresses and other goods presented on the Website.
1.2. Placing an order on the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer’s terms (acceptance).
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Offer. The updated version is published on the Website with the date of revision.
2. Subject of the Contract
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods selected on the Website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods in accordance with the Offer’s terms.

3. Order Placement

4. Price and Payment

5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out via delivery services (e.g., Česká Pošta, PPL, DPD) within the timeframe specified on the Website or in the order confirmation.
5.2. Delivery costs depend on the region and selected service, as communicated to the Buyer during checkout.
5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon transfer to the delivery service.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason, in accordance with Czech and EU law (Act No. 89/2012 Sb., EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
6.2. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and in their original condition.
6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise specified on the Website.
6.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned goods.
7. Warranties and Liability
7.1. The Seller guarantees that the goods conform to the description on the Website.
7.2. In case of defects, the Buyer is entitled to replacement or refund under Czech law (Act No. 89/2012 Sb.).
7.3. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g., delivery services).
